MR. WILSON ASKS FOR HELP. A. and N.Z. NEW YORK. Sept. I*. The Seattle correspondent of the New York Times says that Mr. Wilson was given a tumultuous ovation at Seattle, the most enthusiastic since he started his tour. He urged the people to help him to end all war by supporting the League of Nations. Party lines must be forgotten, pledges given the world by the. United States must be fulfilled, pledges which were sealed with the blood of American soldiers.
