The proposals for the amalgamation of th" NVw Zealand Dairy Association, Ltd., the W-iikatn Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd . arid the Waik&to Co-operative Cheese Company, Ltd.. are now taking detinite shaiH-. An advertisement in this issue intimates to the shareholders of the three ".'■mpanies toi.cerned that extraordinary general meetings are to by held, when tho isolation necessary for carrying out the amalgamation will be proposed.
