OAMARU. Thursday.
The town was gay with bunting in honour of Lord .lellicoe. who arrived shortly after one o'clock. He was entertained at lunch by the Borough Council. Afterwards he dedicated the oaks being planted as memorials to fallen soldiers, with a special memorial for Nurse Clarke.
