GERMANY AND AUSTRIA. INVITATION TO CONFERENCE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 9.25 p.m.) PARIS. Sept. 4. The Supreme Council, at the instance of the Confederation of Labour, agreed that Germany and Austria be invited to send representatives to the International Labour Conference at Washington.
