THE EGYPTIAN UNREST.

GROWTH OF DISAFFECTION. ATTACK ON THE PREMIER. Times. CAIJR.O, Sept. 4. Reports from all sides indicate an increase in the revolutionary spirit. The latest evidence was the attempt to assassinate the Premier. The Nationalists are collecting funds with the greatest energy. The Zagoul mission, despite official warnings, boasts that it will soon raise £1,000,000 for propaganda work in Europe, America, and elsewhere. The Premier's assailant was Elsey Dali Mohammed, a theological student. The bomb, which was concealed in a basket of grapes, struck the closed window of the Premier's motor-car, and fell harmless to the ground. Elsey made no attempt to escape. When arrested, he explained that Allah willed it.
