The secretary reported having attended the meeting held by the Onehunga Borough Council in connection with the proposal to improve the Blockhouse Domain, and that his suggestion tint a GOyds bath be established on the reserve had been most cot'dially received, especially by the Mayor, Mr John Park, who was an old swimmer. It ■was resolved that the Mayor and council be thanked for their interest in the matter and that the centre do all in its power to assist the council to establish the bath. It was decided »to hold the Auckland Provincial Schools and 'the Intermediate Championships after the New Year, but that tha secretary arrange to take entries in lieeeiafcer. prior to the schools' holidays.
