CANALS OF FRANCE.
NEW WORK PROJECTED. A. and N.Z. PARIS, Sept. 3. The Government has introduced a Bill for the construction of a canal from Paris to Dieppe, on the Channel coast, an airline distance of 90 miles. The work will occupy five years.
