MR. C. L. WRAGGE'S FORECAST. The following weather forecast was issued by Mr. Clement L. Wragge at 9 p.m. yesterday :—Still unsettled and showery in the extreme rear of the disturbance " Lithad," especially with increase of latitude from Auckland, but improving. Wind from between west-north-west and south-south-west. Sea moderate.
