ELLENGA DELAYED.

TROOPS SHORT OF MONEY. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY, Sept. 3. The transport Ellenga, with a large contingent of New Zealand troops, is not expected to leave before Friday. Meantime there is considerable discontent among the men because they have not received moneys which they expected would be paid in Sydney. Lack of money is inconveniencing many.
