UNION FORBIDDEN. ARTICLE IN CONSTITUTION. DELETION DEMANDED. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. (Received 12.5 a.m.) A. and N.Z. PARIS. Sept. 2. The Supreme Council, in a Note to Germany, protests against an article in the new German Constitution admitting Austrian delegates to the Reichstag in a consultative capacity. ' The council allows Germany a fortnight to delete the article. In the event of non-compliance, the Allies will take military measures.
