BUYERS AT LEIPSIC. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 7 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 2. A message from Leipsic states that British, Belgian, Italian, and American buyers of toys, porcelain and fancy ware attended the fair which opened at Leipsic on Saturday. The fair exceeds its usual proportions, and much business has been transacted.
