PROPOSED LOAN OF £"90,000 FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND DRAINAGE IN THE GREY LYNN AREA. * The Mayor. Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland hereby give notice in pursuance of Section 9 of the above-men-tioned Act. . 1. That the proposed security for the repayment of euch loan shall be a special rate of twopence three-farthings on the unimproved value upon all ratable property in the (jrey Lynn area. A. That the Auckland City Council proposes to make such loan repayable in twentyone years, and proposes to make provision tor the payment of a sinking fund of not less than il per centum per annum. 5. That the Auckland City Council proposes to nay out, of such loan such costs charges, and expenses as the Auckland City Council may determine to have been actuallv incurred m connection with such loan, but not the interest or sinking fund thereon for the first year. .
