DRIVER OF CAR IN COURT. {BY CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON. Tuesday. A sequel to a recent accident,, when a woman was knocked down by a motorcar, was the appearance in the Police Court yesterday, before Mr. H. A. Young, &.M., of William Wallace, who was charged with having driven his motor-car negligently. ' After evidence had been given, a fine d'f £10, the maximum penalty, with costs £- 6s, was imposed. The magistrate said he looked upon the offence as a serious one.
