WAR LOAN FLOTATION.
STATEMENT BY MR. MASSEY. _ [Bt TELEGRAPH.SPECIAL REPORTER.] WELLINGTON, Sunday. The Government will probeed very soon with the flotation of the was loan already authorised. Mr. Massey stated to-night in his capacity as Acting-Minister for Finance, that this would probably be the last demand for a large sum by way of loan, but that it might prove "necessary later to raise more money in this way.
