Kerensfcy, who was Russian Premier during Mr. Arthur Henderson's visit to Russia, ridicules the suggestion that Mr. Henderson was a pacificist Bolshevik. He adds that Mr. Henderson realised the new ideals born with the first revolution*, If Britain and France had adopted his policy' and not vetoed the Stockholm conference the second revolution leading to Bolshevism would have been averted..
