Meetings of debenture-holders and shareholders in the Commonwealth Oil Corporation will be held on August 29 to consider a modified scheme of the arrangement by which Mr. John Fell will undertake the management for ten years, at a salary of £4000 per annum. Mr. Fell will surrender his option for purchase, receiving instead 1,000,000 shilling preferred ordinary shares, fully paid. Mr. Fell and the corporation will divide the profits equally. The prior lien issue will be for £100.000 at 6 per cent., instead of £200,000. ,i i
