EVILS OF " DIRECT ACTION." LONDON, Juir 13. Mr. Arthur Henderson, writing to the Ironfounders' Union, condemns direct action as unnecessary and dangerous, in view of the broadened franchise. "To endeavour to force upon ths country by illegitimate means the policy of a section, and perhaps a minority, means the abrogation of parliamentary governments and the establishment of a dictatorship by a minority.
