It is officially confirmed that Herr Bela Kun has resigned. Herr Baidl has formed a Cabinet. He has issued a proclamation stating that the Government's main objects are to maintain order and to negotiate with the Allies. The regime of Bela Kun in Hungary, began on March 21, when the Provisional Government of the Hungarian Rei public, of which Count Karolyi was President, was overthrown. J Kun was formerly an instructor in the law school of the Francis Joseph I University, at Klausenburg, in Transylvania, and was an associate of Lenin in Russia, where he had been a prisoner during the war. His four months' dictatorship has been marked by terrorism in j Buda Pesth, and aggression against Ronj mania, Servia, and the Czecho-Slovaks.
