M Mr. Massey was the winner cf the Daily ;."ll Mail £500 and other competitions iij v 0 architectural design. :: ;M Mr. E. C. Browneii. of Wellington, who ''4 has been general secretary in New Zealand " for' the Y.M.C.A. during the past few years, will leave this week to take Tip an Important position in Australia.
