CONTINUATION OF EVIDENCE. The hearing of the appeal by W. A. ftockland (Mr. Dickson), against the decision of the Auckland Electric Tramways ft* 3ompa3iy {Mr. Sogerson), in the appoint- A nent of an assistant traffic manager, was :ontinued before the Tramways Appeal Soard yesterday, Mr, E. C. Cutten, S.M., iresiding. Evidence was given by Mr. J. JTeate, who is at present acting as assistant traffic manager, and Mr. A. McKay, he traffic manager. The Court then adourned until Friday.
