CLAIMS OF HAWKE'S BAY. [BY TaEQIUPH.— ASSOCIATION.] NAPIER, Wednesday. At a meeting of the Waikaranoana Hvdro-electric Power League it wag decided that the bodies connected with the league should, send their delegates as a deputation to wait on the Government, and press the district's claims. Mr J y Brown M.P.. said that if the deputation failed he would be prepared to move. a vote of no-confidence in the" Government.
