CANADIAN STRIKES.

WINNIPEG ISOLATED. SPREAD OF THE TROUBLE. A. and N.Z. NEW YORK. Juno 2. The Montreal correspondent of the New York Times stales that the strike at Winnipeg has spread until it includes every phaso of industrial life. The policemen also threaten to walk out if the demands of the strikers be not granted. No trains are running from Winnipeg, and no telegraphs or telephones are working, the city being practically isolated. For many hours it was without bread or milk, and business is at a standstill. The newspapers are not publishing. The more radical elements declare that they will establish a Soviet Government and take control of property.
