INTEBCARGILL, Friday.
Arthur L«o Beor Ashton, the prisoner who escaped from custody yesterday when being taken to Invercargill, was recaptured early this afternoon by Constable Barrett at Glencoe, about twelve miles from tho scene of the escape.
