♦ — FORECAST BY MR. C. L. WRAGGE. The following weather forecast was issued by Mr. Clement L. Wragge last evening:—As already intimated, some rain is likely ere long, because an Antarctic disturbance is off the Bluff, and it may extend towards Auckland, but no really useful rain can occur until the barometer drops below 30 inches. Winds east-north-east to north and north-west; sea moderate.
