The Paris correspondent of the Chicago Tribune states that the allied commission investigating war crimes condemned the ex-Crown Prince, von Hindenburg, von Ludendorff, von Tirpitz, certain officers directing air bombing and the submarine campaign, and others responsible for cruelties in German prison camps.
