TROUBLE REACHES SERVIA. REPORTED REVOLUTION. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 17. Buda Pesth reports state there is | a revolution in Servia, the troops fraternising with the Hungarian Red Guards. Berlin advices state that a train conveying 500 refugees, mostly Germans, arrived from Buda Pesth, where firing was going on day and night when it left. Soviet soldiers hold up men and women in the streets and rob them of money and jewels, invade cafes and hotels, and terrorise and rob the occupants. The bulk of the population is opposed to the Soviet, but is helpless without arms. Renter's Agency states that an unconfirmed report from Berlin states that the Archduke Joseph was murdered in a Buda Pesth prison. WARNING TO AUSTRIANS. (Received 6.5 p.m.) Renter. VIENNA, April 17.
