CLOTHING FOR FRANCE.
RESTRICTIONS ON IMPORTS.
LONDON. Mar. 22.
An extraordinary position has arisen in the woollen trade at Bradford and other centres, which manufactured for French firms before the war cloth valued at £10,000,000 acd yarn worth £6,000,000. The French Government now refuses to permit the importation of this cloth, and meanwhile the French are paying incredible prices for clothing.
