NEW MOVE REPORTED. ] (Bccd. 6.« p.m.) NEW YORK, April 6. Despatches from Archangel state that there are indications that the Bolsheviks are trying to restrain the 1 savagery of their troops on the 1 Dvina front, where they have been accused of killing and torturing I prisoners. I It is also reported that the Bolj sheviks devastated the town of Osca, 70 miles south-east of Perm, killing 2000, including members of the educated classes.
