MORE MONEY REFUSED [BY TELKGBAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WAIROA. Monday. Jho Cabinet has decided dial, no moie money is to be spent in an attempt to ieconstruct the harbour works at Wairoa. The Government has not considered the question of making a grant for harbour works at Waikokupu, some miles from '^airoa.
