QUANTITY OF CHEESE DESTROYED

WOODVILLE. Monday
The Papatawa cheese factory was totally destroyed by fire early on Sunday morning. The factory was well equipped, having coet about £2,000 when erected. Over 100 crates of cheese, worth between £700 and £800, were destroyed. The insurances were £800 on the'building, £250 on the plant, £400 on the stock of cheese. and £300 on manufacturing stock : total £2230. The company lose nsiderab'e sura. The whole of the in« me is in the Farmers' Mutual Association.
