HAMILTON DIVORCE SUIT. [DV TELEOEAra.— COBIIESI'ONDENT.] HAMILTON. Friday. In the Supreme Court, before Mr. Justice Cooper this morning, Walter Edwin Ashby (Mr. Luxford) petitioned for a divorco from his wifo, Ivy Myrtle Ashby, on tho ground of misconduct. Petitioner gave evidence tc the effect that whilo ho was at the front his wife wrote admitting misconduct and begging forgiveness. He returned last January, and since then had only seen his wife once. Evidence was given by a registrar of births that the respondent registered tho birth of an illegitimate child in March) 1918.

A decrco nisi to be moved absolute in three months was granted.
