Considerable discussion ensued as to whether one memorial should 'Defected Jay the county, 'or a number of •small local memorials. 'Finally the meeting gecided to isnpport the 'first proposal. A committee consisting x»! Messrs, A, 'Warm, chairman of the Town Board, C. Grange, town clerk, T. Ashtoji, and B. H. 'McKinney, <was appointed, -to bring the .matter before the residents of the county. A strong committee was also set up to -arrange details lor .the -peace celebrations.
