BAKER'S BUSINESS AFFAIRS.
A petition in bankruptcy has been filed by Albert Ban nan, baker, of Whangarei. The schedule of assets and liabilities in
the estate, lodged with the official assignee, Mr. W. S. Fisher, sho-w6 the ' total liabilities owing to unsecured credi- ' tors to be £410 6s. The assets are ! valued at £108 4s Id, consisting of stock- : in-trade, £94 19s 7d, and book debts £13 4e 6d, estimated to produce their full value, leaving a deficiency of £302 Is lid. The first meeting of creditors will be held ! at Auckland on Wednesday nest.
