LONDON, M«. 3, The Press Bureau reports that the Secretary for India announces that' Nasrulla Khan',' a brother of the late Amir, has been proclaimed Amir of Afghanistan with the -. consent of the notables, - the heir-apparent, !Inayatulla Khan, waiving his claims in his,;uncle's favour.- Nas- ! rulla's" succettsion, however,' is. not recognised at Kabul, where' Amanulla Khan, the late Amir's. third son, has declared himself Amir, and assumed the reins of government.
