TROUBLE ON ARAHURA.
NO SETTLEMENT IN SIGHT,
CREW TO BE PAID OFF,
HUNDRED PASSENGERS DELAYED
The trouble between.the steward 10 firemen, on the Arahura has not bee settled, each side refusing to give in tn the other. As a settlement was not i eight yesterday, members of the ere* were given 24 hours' notice, and will K* paid off to-day. Perishable cargo luggage, and live stork were put yesterday, and the vessel's departure fa the East Coast has been postponed in definitely. Over 100 passengers rJ. booked their passage by the Arahura will be unable to reach their destination until I the trouble is settled, cr until another steamer is available.
