Results:— heat: H. Anderson, Wellington, 1; E. Low, Canterbury, 2; L. Fairgray, Auckland.B. Also started: & Hogg, Hawke's Bay. Won comfortably. Time, 14m 27 l-ss. Second heat: V. H. Reed. iWanganui. 1 H. von Stunner, Auokland, 2. H. Sutherland, Canterbury, also started, but withdrew early in the race. Time, 14m 49 2-Ss. The final is to bo swum to-morrow night-
