GERMANS IN LITHUANIA.
STRIPPING COUNTRY BARE.
LONDON, Feb. 19.
Mr- Jeffries, the Times correspondent, states that the Germans are again acting in a high-handed manner. The military command peremptorily refused to allow the American members of the Food Commission provisioning Germany to enter Lithuania. The reason undoubtedly is that Germany is stripping Lithuania of supplies. Train loads of goods and provisions are incessantly crossing the East Prussian frontier.
