REFLOATING OF DREDGE.
[BY TELEGRAPHI'RESS association.] WESTPORT, Thursday, The dredge Eileen Ward, which went ashore yesterday afternoon, was safely floated off during the night. An inquiry is to bo held by the board. The master of the dredge attributes the accident to the gale, strong current, and Bet. The board will also hold an inquiry regarding the recent Kakapo incident, when the steamer put back to Nelson on account of influenza, and the second mate, Duncan died. '
