USE OF FEATHERSTON CAMP.
OBJECTION* IN WAIRARAPA. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. Thursday. Wairarapa people arc indignant at the proposal to use Featheiaton camp as a hospital for men suffering from venereal disease. It is' asserted that a batch of the men, on their way up from Dunedin, got out of hand ana overran tho train, using all the. conveniences. Urgent representations aro to be made to the Government. Tho position is that tho Health Department has demanded tho return of tho quarantine stations, and Featherston is the only place the Defence authorities have at their disposal.
