ACTION AGAINST FINLAND.

Helsingfors telegrams state that Bolshevik troops, attempting to land on the coast of Finland, east of Viborg, were repulsed. Bolshevik ships control the Gulf of Finland and communication with Eelsingfors is interrupted.
