DEMAND BY ROMANIA. ULTIMATUM TO HUNGARY. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Not. 16. Advices from Vienna state that Ronmania sent an ultimatum to Hungary demanding the evacuation of Transylvania. The Hungarian Government is providing six trains daily for the removal of Mackensen's army.
