GENERAL STRIKE BEGINS.
REFORMS TO BE GRANTED.

Router. BERNE, Nov. 13. A general strike has commenced everywhere in Switzerland. The workmen 8 demands include the re-election of the National Council on a proportional basis, the re-election of tho Federal Council according to the strength of parties, the revision of the Constitution, extension of popular rights. The Federal Council will, as a result of the revolutionary movement, bo prepared to grant reforms voluntarily.
