TURKEY'S CAPITULATION
ATTEMPT TO BARGAIN. LONDON, Nov. 4. Turkey's Coalition Government, in which the Young Turks' influence has proved to be in the ascendant, endeavoured, by traditionally naive me'hods to secure a bargained " peace. The Governments desire to avoid a oomplet" capitulation might have been due to -.he frowning German naval guns, or to the secret machinations of Kr..er Pisha, former Minister for War, but tie Allies decided that an unconditional surrender was essential.
