FURTHER GERMAN GUILT. A. and NZ. NEW YORK, Oct. SO. The Germans are continuing to violate The Hague Convention. This is revealed by the announcement of the British Official Bureau in New York that when the troops of the British Fifth Army, under General Bird wood, captured Ger. man Red Cross waggons, it was found that 'hey were loaded with ammunition.
