(JABAGE, LOBNE STREET. NEW CARS ARRIVING. JHE' "JIFFY" -pOBl) OTARTER. Dear Mr. Roberta,— The '' Jiffy" Ford Starter is perfect, as far as I am concerned. It has never yet tailed me, and it is surely a good test that in the extremely cold weather met with in Canterbury in the winter time, no difficulty is experienced, in operating the starter. On one occasion the car was snowed in for three days, and when it was finally got out/ it started in less than a minute with the 'Jiffy. Now, to show how stiff the engine gets in cold weather, I can state it is practically impossible to swing it ovor by handle starter, without first giving a few pulls up of the handle. I am still using the same battery of six dry cells originally in- ; stalled 12 months ago, before I fixed the /'Jiffy" Starter. Please send me, as soon as possible, another "Jiffy" Starter. > i This is only ONE of the credentials re- . ceived in regard to the "Jiffy" Starter. i •Solo Agent, CHAB.
