THE RUGBY GAME.

"DICK" MCGREGOR BENEFIT. The Rueby football gala held on the Domain on Saturday as a benefit for "Dick" McGregor was an undoubted success. The weather was excellent, and about 7000 people attended. The principal match was that between a team'from the Auckland secondary schools and a representative team of piayers under the age of 20. The schools' team were victorious by 23 points to 11, after a splendid same, for the secondary schools, Badelev, Kronfeld, Gnereon, and Dyer were the mainstays, and for the representatives. White and Kelly wero moat prominent. " Viv " Wilson -as not playing up to form, and was at times disappointing.
