WELLINGTON. Thursday. Tub Chief Justice gave judgment to-day in the case of Bannatyne, Hunter, Ltd., v. the Anglo-American Musio Store, a claim for the cost of a quantity of gramaphone records sold and delivered. The point at issue was whether there was any breach of warranty in that royalties had not been paid on the records, or whether they had been sold to the defendants without compliance with the law of copyright. His Honor held that there was no breach of warranty disclosed, and the defendants were not entitled to succeed.
