FOUR YEARS' SERVICE.
NORTHCOTE SOLDIER'S FURLOUGH A recent arrival from Palestine is Lientenant H. K. Hatrick, of Northcoto, who has been.on service for four years. Ho left New Zealand as a corporal in the signal section of, the Auckland Mounted Rifles. He served with distinction on Gallipoli, being one of the few men who reached the crest of Ohunuk Bair in the August advance. Soon afterwards he was invalided to England. After recovering his health he rejoined his regiment in Egypt, and served with it through' the whole of the Palestine 'campaign. He gained his commission some timo ago. He is home on furlough. Two brothers of Lieutenant Hatriok nave been killed in tho war.
