FINNS DISCONTENTED.
ANTI-GERMAN FEELING.
LONDON, Sept, C. Tee feeling against fighting against the Allies is growing in the Finn army, which is mutinous and discontented, but the Germans are stil) pushing forward their communications towards Pen-Cheng and eastwards towards the White Sea. There is also much bitterness against the Germans in Finland owing to the wholesale exploitation of the country.
