GOOD ROADS MOVEMENT.
ADVOCACY AT KAITAIA.
The good roads movement is being energetically advocated in the Kaitaia district. During the past month a number of speakers, representing the local Chamber of Commerce, have delivered addresses on a definite proposal to borrow £54,000 from the Public Trustee for thepurpose of constructing tar macadam roads. The scheme is being supported to an extent which is gratifying to the promoters.
